Roydon Village Hall, Harlow Road

By car

Roydon Village is on the B181, located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) west of Harlow, 3.5 miles (5.7 km) east of Hoddesdon and 4.6 miles (7.4 km) north-west of Epping. Easy access via the A10, A414, M11 and A1169.

By train

Roydon station is on the Liverpool Street/Stratford to Cambridge railway line with trains stopping about twice an hour (check timetable). From the station, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. (Over the canal bridge, up the High Street past the church on your right and the village green on your left, to the end of the road where you turn left and the village hall is about 50 metres on your left.)

By bus

Roydon is served by the 381 and 382 (every 4 hours on Saturdays) and the 7A bus (check timetable for frequency).

By boat

Roydon lies on the Stort Navigation and River Stort. Short stay moorings are available at the Roydon Marina which is about 15 minutes walk to the Village Hall.

Car parking

There is limited parking in front of the Village Hall, but there is additional parking in Beaumont Park Drive opposite Bakery Close. (Turn right out of the village hall car park and take the first turning on the left.)
