Please take time to read this before submitting digital pictures or photographs.

One required per artist who may submit up to six pictures.

Certificate of Authenticity

Only required if submitting limited edition prints, computer artwork or lphotographs.

Preview Invitation Offer

We welcome all artists to the Preview Evening, but you could come for half price.

Letter to Artists 2024

We welcome all artists at any time over the weekend.

A4 Flyer 2024

Please print the advertisement and place in a prominant position to encourage artists and visitors to attend.

Conditions and Entry Form for Greetings and Postcards

This form is only required if you intend submitting greetings cards or postcards for sale.

As above, but two A5 flyers to hand out to friends to advertise the show.
